- You have at least a high school diploma.
- Customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and Teams/
- You are highly fluent in Dutch in order to communicate with the customers in the Netherlands. You also have a good command of English to communicate effectively with our diverse customers.
- You have excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude to maintain strong relationships with customers. Also, you are a team player with a positive attitude.
