As a recent graduate, it was not always easy for me to figure out which job I wanted to end up doing. The wide range of opportunities on the job market only made this search more difficult.
The only thing I could say with certainty was that I had a strong interest in HR and I was keen to be the bridge between the organisation and the staff. Bright Plus therefore offered me the ideal start to my career.
My job as HR Project Consultant
With each project, I am fully immersed in the fascinating world of Human Resources. With the different projects I am offered, I always end up in different organisations and positions where I can fully develop myself into a true HR expert. That way, I discover what I like doing or not. I have greater adaptability and can constantly expand my network.
I have now been working as an HR Project Consultant for 1.5 years and can say that I have grown enormously in that short time. I am constantly learning and gaining new perspectives through the variety of projects. I can always fill my backpack with new skills and great experiences.

My project experiences
For instance, my first project was as an HR Officer in a Forensic Psychiatric setting. With my background in Occupational and Organisational Psychology and my passion for HR, this was an ideal match. During this project, I was able to make full use of my communication skills and interview techniques. Especially during employee follow-ups, giving presentations and talking to managers about HR-related questions.
Here, I was able to gain a lot of knowledge about social legislation and the psychiatric sector, among other things. I was also allowed to help think about the optimisation of various HR processes. After this project, I was a lot stronger and more confident.
Afterwards, I got the chance to do a project internally as an HR Consultant where I was responsible for the entire recruitment and hiring process. Here, I discovered even more how approachable everyone is within Bright Plus and that there is a culture where open communication is encouraged. Bright Plus cares about its employees and this was immediately noticeable.
I will soon start in an international company as an HR Officer. I am looking forward to reapplying my already acquired knowledge and learning even more about how HR policies are applied in this sector.
