Here are the responsibilities of a Customer Care Employee :

You will be the first point of contact for customers. You will address their questions and concerns via phone, email, or chat.
You use your language skills to ensure effective communication and resolve customer issues.
You build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service.
You collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.

This is what the profile of a Customer Care Employee looks like:

You have at least a high school diploma
Customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
You have a good knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and Teams
You have a fluent command of German or Nederlands or Nederlands&Frans.
You have excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude to maintain strong relationships with customers.
Also, you are a team player with a positive attitude.
