- You have at least a high school diploma
- Customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office, Outlook and Teams
- You have a fluent command of German or Nederlands or Nederlands&Frans.
- You have excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude to maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Also, you are a team player with a positive attitude.
